1.1 codph ("we," "us," "our," or "codph") is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of all individuals who use the codph online gaming platform (the "Platform"). This Policy applies to all personal data collected, stored, processed, or shared by codph in connection with your use of the Platform, including its website, mobile interface, customer support services, promotional activities, and payment processing functions.
1.2 This Policy is issued in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the relevant issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. It is also consistent with the data protection requirements applicable to PAGCOR-regulated gaming operators.

1.4 By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, which is the minimum age for online casino gaming under PAGCOR regulation. codph does not knowingly collect or process personal data of individuals below the age of 21.
2.1 For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and this Policy, codph is the Personal Information Controller in respect of the personal data collected through the Platform. codph determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing complies with applicable Philippine data privacy legislation.
2.2 codph has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing the Platform's data protection compliance. You may contact the DPO for any queries relating to the processing of your personal data or to exercise your rights under Section 10 of this Policy. 2.3 Where codph engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf — for example, payment processors, identity verification services, or cloud hosting providers — such providers are classified as Personal Information Processors and are contractually bound to process data only in accordance with codph's instructions and applicable data privacy law.

8.1 codph retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, and to resolve any disputes or enforce any agreements.

8.3 At the end of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with codph's internal data disposal procedures, which comply with NPC guidelines.
9.1 codph implements comprehensive technical, organizational, and administrative security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include, but are not limited to:
9.2 Data Breach Notification. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, codph will notify you and the National Privacy Commission (NPC) as required by RA 10173 and the NPC's Circular on Personal Data Breach Management. Notification will be made within seventy-two (72) hours of codph becoming aware of the breach, where feasible.
10.1 Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in respect of the personal data that codph holds about you. To exercise any of these rights, please contact codph's Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 12.
10.2 codph will respond to all data subject rights requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. Where a request is complex or where multiple requests are received, the response period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, with notification provided to you.
10.3 Some rights are subject to limitations under applicable Philippine law — for example, codph may not be able to erase data that it is legally required to retain for regulatory or law enforcement purposes.
11.1 The codph Platform is strictly intended for persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. codph does not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data from individuals below the age of 21.
11.2 All account registrations require identity verification confirming that the applicant meets the minimum age requirement. Where codph discovers that an account has been created by a person under the age of 21, the account will be immediately closed, all activity voided, and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method pending verification of ownership.
11.3 If you have reason to believe that a minor has gained access to the codph Platform or has provided personal data to codph, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 12 so that appropriate corrective action can be taken.
12.1 Policy Updates. codph reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Where changes are material — affecting your rights or the way codph processes your personal data — we will provide advance notice via your registered email address and a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.
12.2 Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or updates to contact details) may take effect immediately upon publication. The date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last reviewed and updated.
12.3 Continued use of the codph Platform after the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of and agreement to the revised Policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure described in the Terms & Conditions.
