Before reading the full terms, here are six important points every codph player should understand upfront.
codph strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement in line with PAGCOR regulations. Account creation requires valid Philippine ID verification. Underage accounts will be immediately closed and funds returned.
Each player may maintain only one active codph account. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balances may be forfeited. If you've lost access to your account, contact codph support rather than creating a new one.

1.1 By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on codph, you accept these Terms unconditionally and agree to abide by all applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
1.2 These Terms are effective as of January 1, 2026, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and codph regarding the subject matter herein.
1.3 codph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Players will be notified of material amendments via registered email or in-platform notification.
1.4 These Terms should be read in conjunction with codph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.1 To register and use a codph account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
2.2 Each individual may maintain only one (1) active codph account. Creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.3 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. codph reserves the right to suspend accounts where verification of personal information cannot be completed to its satisfaction.
2.4 Registration constitutes your representation and warranty that all information provided is truthful and that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth in this Section 2.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your codph username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. codph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.2 Notification of Unauthorized Access. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify codph's customer support team immediately via the in-platform live chat. codph will investigate such reports and may suspend the account pending investigation.
3.3 Account Inactivity. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. codph may charge a monthly administrative fee on inactive account balances where permitted by applicable regulation. Players will be notified prior to the application of any inactivity fee.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your codph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification procedures. Accounts under active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.
3.5 codph's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts. codph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice where codph reasonably suspects: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) use of prohibited software; (d) failure to pass required verification; or (e) any activity that may bring codph into disrepute or expose it to legal or regulatory liability.
4.1 codph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO Unibank, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. codph reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 (Philippine Peso). Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per calendar day depending on your verification tier and selected payment method.
4.3 All funds deposited into your codph account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. codph will not process deposits made from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the corresponding account reviewed.
4.4 Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your codph balance immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on your bank's processing timelines.
4.5 codph is not responsible for transaction fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits. Any such fees are solely between you and your payment provider.
5.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the codph account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day may apply and are communicated within the platform.
5.2 Verification Requirement. codph must complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This includes submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID and, in certain cases, proof of payment method ownership. Verification is a one-time process for most accounts.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. codph does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.
5.4 Once approved, withdrawals to GCash and Maya accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
5.5 codph reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending investigation where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Players will be notified where a withdrawal has been placed under review.
5.6 Any bonus funds credited to your account that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements will not be included in withdrawal calculations and will be removed from your balance at the time of withdrawal processing.
6.1 codph may offer bonuses, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, free bets, and other promotional offers to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific bonus terms which are published at the time of the offer and incorporated into these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by codph are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the offer) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each offer's terms.
6.3 Not all games on codph contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in the applicable bonus terms. Live dealer games and certain slot titles may have reduced or zero contribution toward wagering calculations.
6.4 Bonuses are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged with other players.
6.5 codph reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds already credited will remain subject to the original wagering requirements.
6.6 Players who are found to be abusing promotional offers — including through matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or other methods intended to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonus funds voided, their winnings forfeited, and may have their account suspended.
7.1 All games offered on codph — including Color Game, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, slots, bingo, and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules published within the platform. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
7.2 codph's gaming platform uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for digital games and live dealer operations for table games. All RNG systems are independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, codph's server logs shall be the authoritative record of game outcomes. Where a malfunction materially affected the outcome of a game round, codph may void the affected round and refund the stake to the player's account.
7.4 codph reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed in error due to a pricing or technical error; (b) the outcome of the game was compromised; or (c) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
7.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and tables on codph. These limits are displayed within the game interface prior to the placement of any bet.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the codph platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:
9.1 codph is committed to promoting safe, responsible gaming across its platform. The company recognizes that gambling can become harmful for a small number of players and has implemented tools and safeguards to support players in managing their activity.
9.2 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their codph account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
9.3 Session Time Reminders. Players may configure session duration notifications in their account settings to receive alerts after a specified period of continuous play.
9.4 Cooling-Off Periods. Players may activate a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the player's account will be inaccessible for all gaming activity. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.
9.5 Self-Exclusion. Players who believe their gambling has become problematic may request a formal self-exclusion of 30, 90, or 365 days, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation. Players under self-exclusion will not receive promotional communications from codph during the exclusion period.

10.1 All content available on the codph platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, brand marks, text, audiovisual elements, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of codph or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the codph platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to: (a) reproduce or distribute codph content; (b) modify or create derivative works based on codph content; (c) use codph's trademarks or brand identifiers in any manner without prior written consent.
10.3 Any unauthorized use of codph's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
11.1 The codph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, codph makes no warranties — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the platform's availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
11.2 codph shall not be liable to you for any: (a) loss of profits or winnings; (b) indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; (c) loss of data or opportunity; (d) service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond codph's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, network outages, or government actions).
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
11.4 Where codph's liability is not excluded under applicable law, codph's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your codph account in the three (3) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 codph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
12.2 By registering an account on codph, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in codph's Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy.
12.3 codph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Information may be shared with regulatory bodies (including PAGCOR and AMLC), payment processors, identity verification service providers, and other service partners strictly as necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.
13.1 codph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting your rights, obligations, or financial terms — codph will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account and/or a prominent notice within the platform.
13.2 Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not change the substance of these Terms) may take effect immediately upon publication.
13.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available at codph.org/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the codph platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.4 If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 3.4. Any balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded per standard withdrawal procedures.
14.1 These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the codph platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and codph arising from your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally. You may contact codph's customer support team in the first instance, and codph will endeavor to investigate and respond to your complaint within five (5) business days.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution process. PAGCOR's procedures for player complaints against licensed operators govern the resolution of disputes that remain unresolved after internal escalation.
14.4 You agree that any legal proceedings against codph shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
